なんかこれだけだとダメだったので
sudo reboot
した。

「hello」という実行形式がルートにコピーされて実行されているような Dockerfile だ。内容は hello.c の通りだろう。なるほど。
まぁ考え方とかはDocker導入のための、コンテナの利点を解説した説得資料 - Qiitaなどが参考になるのかな？
