An intercept is not included by default and should be added by the user. See statsmodels.tools.add_constant.
とかあるように、https://github.com/statsmodels/statsmodels/blob/master/statsmodels/tools/tools.py#L236を使って加えるようだ。何をやっているのかイマイチ分からんが。
