anacondaで作った環境にあまりライブラリが入っていなかった。
(tensorflow)xxx@yyy:~$ conda install numpy scipy pandas jupyter statsmodels matplotlib Pillow
で追加。(仮想環境の中でinstallすれば良いのだと思う)
本当は最初から
$ conda create -n tensorflow python=3.5 numpy scipy pandas jupyter statsmodels matplotlib Pillow
などのように並べておいたほうが楽だったようだ。
